Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
Over medium heat, warm a small skillet.
Add cashews, pistachio meats, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds, stirring until golden.
Transfer to a small bowl.
Add maple syrup and tamari, stirring until combined.
Transfer to prepared pan.
Bake for 12 minutes.
