Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk butter and eggs until well-combined.
Add pecan meal, flax meal & pecans, stirring to combine. Dough will be sticky.
Roll dough between two layers of parchment until ¼ inch thick.
Removing top layer of parchment, shape dough into rectangle using a butter knife.
{ You may need to roll again if thickness is uneven. }
Slice with pizza cutter into 24 pieces.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes until golden.
{ Butter will foam on the surface during baking, but will settle after cooling. }
Cool one hour before storing in an airtight container.
